The teacher warned that vital lessons on citizenship, national identity, history, law, and Australia’s values had been stripped away, leaving students with a hollow education. Senator Hanson added that discipline in classrooms is collapsing, citing cases where teachers are powerless to control violent behaviour. She argued the system is failing both students and educators, risking a generation with no understanding of their country or respect for law and democracy.
