He argues that although these expenses may be “within the rules,” they fail every moral standard and certainly don’t pass the pub test. As rents soar, businesses collapse, and parents skip meals, Roberts says Australians deserve leaders who respect public money and remain present in their communities. One Nation is calling out what many voters already think: this is not integrity, and it’s not what public service should look like.
