The whole problem with the NDIS was that when Labor set it up, there were no mechanisms in place to stop fraud or rorting. Instead, Labor just splashed public money without a care. The Liberals did very little, if anything, to fix the system when they took over.
Labor are attempting some changes, but they are beholden to a segment of the economy that wants to protect their cash cow. The ones that suffer are the clients of the NDIS, Australians with real needs. They have to sit by and watch as their packages are eaten away by some unscrupulous providers.
