I have received a message from the Legislative Assembly: The Legislative Assembly presents for the agreement of the Legislative Council ‘A Bill for an Act to amend the Electoral Act 2002 to remove group voting tickets from Legislative Council elections and to improve the operation of that Act and the electoral system of Victoria, to make consequential amendments and for other purposes.’
