Senator SHOEBRIDGE (New South Wales) (11:52): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Home Affairs, by 2 March 2025, all documents related to payments and the cost of payments made between 21 December 2021 and 1 February 2025 by the Commonwealth to the Government of Papua New Guinea concerning transitory people held in Papua New Guinea concerning the following: (a) accommodation and welfare assistance, including income support for individuals without employment; (b) health services, including mental health supports; (c) employment, education and training linking; and (d) status resolution support to assist with third country migration outcomes, including assisted voluntary return, or Papua New Guinea citizenship.
