The PRESIDENT (11:59): I remind senators that earlier this week three votes were deferred, as listed at item 12 on the Dynamic Red. I understand it suits the convenience of the Senate to hold those votes now. I will deal first with the motion moved by Senator Shoebridge concerning a proposed reference to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee.

The question is that the motion as moved by Senator Shoebridge be agreed to.
