The SPEAKER (14:01): I'm pleased to inform the House that, on the floor of the House, we are joined by the Hon. Willie Tokataake, the Speaker of the House of Assembly of Kiribati. On behalf of members, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and, in particular, to the House of Representatives, and I thank the speaker for his gift that I'm wearing today to bring peace and tranquillity to the House of Representatives.
