The PRESIDENT (10:01): I have received from Her Excellency the Governor-General a commission to administer the oath or affirmation of allegiance to senators, and I table the document. I also table the certificate of choice by the parliament of South Australia of Leah Blyth to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Senator Simon Birmingham.
