I want to drill down a bit further, though, as to the practical reason, in terms of the operation in particular of Services Australia, which necessitated this amendment to be made as a matter of urgency. What were the practical ramifications of the bill prior to its amendment in relation to the operation of Services Australia dealing with, for example, child support matters?
