Senator DEAN SMITH (Western Australia) (17:04): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that: (i) the response to order for the production of documents no. 656, relating to the implementation of the recommendations in the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's digital platform services inquiry, was due on 4 December 2024, and (ii) the Minister representing the Treasurer has failed to comply with the order; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Treasurer to comply with the order by no later than 3 pm on Thursday, 13 February 2025.
