Obviously we've established that the IAA was abolished last year when the original ART legislation went through.

I dispute the fact that you're attempting to put here as cherry-picking numbers. I've detailed some of the reasons behind that in terms of the complexity of the cases that we're dealing with now and the increase in cases as well. Those points you're making have nothing to do with the bill that is before us tonight.
