QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory) (14:35): Minister, we learnt, in a response to a question on notice over the summer, that the government's National Housing Supply and Affordability Council, which has been advising on the plan, is not in fact measuring for unmet social and affordable housing need. Does the government believe measuring unmet need is essential to formulating an effective plan to meet that need?
