Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory) (16:12): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that the response to order for the production of documents no. 742, relating to the National Capital Investment Framework, was due on Tuesday, 11 February 2025 and that the Minister representing the Prime Minister has failed to comply with the order; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Prime Minister to comply with the order by no later than 3 pm on Thursday, 13 February 2025.
