Senator HUME (Victoria) (20:52): Minister, regarding the amendment to introduce peak representative bodies, natural persons are included as being members or officeholders only in a non-financial capacity. Can you confirm that this is to make sure that these natural persons cannot pay a subscription, an affiliation fee or an annual levy to a peak body at a rate higher than the annual gift cap of $50,000 to which they would otherwise be entitled?
