Senator WATERS (Queensland—Leader of the Australian Greens in the Senate) (22:19): I understand that there was some desire for stakeholders to have an independent statutory review, not just a JSCEM one. Is there an independent statutory review provision? If not, was there ever and did the Liberal Party ask you to drop that in order to get their support?
