The SPEAKER (14:37): Before I call on the Leader of the Greens, I would like to inform the House that present in the gallery today are participants of the 30th National Schools Constitutional Convention being held in Canberra this week. These exceptional year 11 and 12 students have been selected from across the nation to explore the Australian Constitution and our system of federation.
