Bill read a second time. The DEPUTY PRESIDENT: I will now deal with the Committee of the Whole amendments on sheet 3333, circulated by the Australian Greens. The question is that the amendments on sheet 3333 be agreed to.

Australian Greens' circulated amendments— SHEET 3333 (1) Schedule 1, item 5, page 5 (line 9), before "the form of advice", insert "subject to subsection (1A),". (2) Schedule 1, item 5, page 5 (after line 10), after subsection 10AB(1), insert: (1A) For the purposes of paragraph 8(1)(e), the AusCheck scheme must not allow or require advice to be given to other persons about the outcome of a background check unless that advice is limited to advice about the decision that has been made as a result of the background check.
