Senator ASKEW (Tasmania—Chief Opposition Whip in the Senate) (11:30): At the request of Senator Bragg, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Treasurer, by no later than midday on Monday, 28 July 2025: (a) any advice provided by the Treasury to the Treasurer and the Minister for Housing since 1 January 2025 in relation to the Government's plan to invest $10 billion to construct 100,000 new homes for first home buyers; and (b) any advice provided by the Treasury to the Treasurer and the Minister for Housing since 1 January 2025 in relation to the Government's plan to enable first home buyers to purchase a home with a 5% deposit.
