COMMITTEES

The DEPUTY SPEAKER ( Ms Chesters ) (11:50): The Speaker has received a message from the Senate informing the House that it concurs with the resolutions conveyed by messages Nos 1 to 16 of the House, relating to the appointment of certain joint committees and to the powers and proceedings of certain other joint committees, and informing the House of the appointment of senators to certain joint committees.

As the list of appointments is a lengthy one, I do not propose to read the list to the House. Details will be recorded in the Votes and Proceedings.
