Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (15:52): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that the Minister representing the Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 31, agreed to on Monday, 28 July 2025, relating to unfair trading practices; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services to comply with the order by no later than midday on Monday, 1 September 2025.
