I want to get an understanding of the scope and the thinking around, again, the impact to Australian small businesses. You have an awareness that we are in a housing crisis in this country. The highest rate of insolvencies is in construction businesses.

Again, I speak to the 35 major changes—and this would be the 36th—for Australian small businesses. What was the consideration made as to the impact of this change to Australian small businesses, if any?
