In asking you whether the ACTU was right or wrong in terms of what they stated, I'm asking you, as the minister responsible and in terms of the way that you believe that this bill will apply, whether it will be retrospective in the way that they have clearly articulated in their submission.

So, effectively, an award changed last week can now be changed next week.
