Senator WATT (Queensland—Minister for the Environment and Water) (12:03): I absolutely do not consider the wages earned by employees of small businesses to be fringe issues. I think they're really important issues, and that is why am proud to be part of a Labor government that is increasing wages of workers in small businesses and big businesses after 10 years of wage suppression by the coalition.
