Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (12:13): Effectively, even though that individual employee who had negotiated that agreement with their employer is better off and happy with that arrangement, under the terms of this bill, they would not be able to continue in that arrangement if some other worker somewhere would have been worse off under that same arrangement.
