Senator WATT (Queensland—Minister for the Environment and Water) (17:45): I don't think I went as far as saying that IFAs were the solution. I was putting it forward as an example of a way that employers and employees can reach agreements that provide different terms to the award. I've obviously given some other examples where that can be done as well.
