Senator WATT (Queensland—Minister for the Environment and Water) (18:18): We don't agree with that view, and existing arrangements will continue. It's only if they're varied; the only thing that will change here is the inability of someone to seek to vary an award. If there's an award in place today, it will remain in place tomorrow.
