Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (19:02): My question related to whether you feel that the Fair Work Commission is not capable of dealing with those two matters before it. I will change my question: do you not feel that the Fair Work Commission is capable of dealing with those three matters before it, and that it requires a legislative change?
