I'll get you the correct figures tomorrow. You can look at raw numbers.

There are more small businesses in Australia now than there were two or three years ago. It's therefore not surprising that there are more small businesses insolvent. But, in percentage terms, the figure is not as unfavourable as you're suggesting.
