The SPEAKER (14:34): Before I call the member for Curtin, I will do some acknowledgements. I would like to inform the House that, present in the gallery today, is the Hon. Bill Yan, MLA, Treasurer, Minister for Logistics and Infrastructure and Minister for Housing Construction from the Northern Territory.

We also have a delegation of mayors and industry representatives from South Australia, and I'd like to inform the House that, in the gallery, there is a delegation of young leaders from across Australia and the Pacific taking part in the National Leadership Forum.
