Senator WATERS (Queensland—Leader of the Australian Greens) (10:52): With respect, it was an inadequate response to Senator Barbara Pocock's question. These are clear amendments that simply extend out who can ask to work from home. I thought that was meant to be Labor policy.

You've now got a chance to vote for it, and you're saying, 'That's not what this bill does.' This bill could do that if you vote for these amendments, so why aren't you?
