Senator BARBARA POCOCK (South Australia) (11:03): Minister, can you assure those public servants and firefighters and their union officials who are representing them, who are very concerned about this loophole, that there is no risk to their current rights in relation to consultation and related items in their bargaining? Are you confident, and can you give them confidence, that there is no way they can go backwards?
