The PRESIDENT (10:38): Senators, you'll recall that, earlier this morning, Senators Faruqi and Cash stood at the same time. I indicated I would give precedence to Senator Cash, and now I intend to give precedence to Senator Faruqi. I understand Senator McKenzie has sent a motion around.

I have taken advice from the clerks, and, because it's gone side to side, it is appropriate to give the call to Senator Faruqi. Senator Cash?
