Senator ROBERTS (Queensland) (12:22): Thank you, Minister; I wasn't imputing that you are. All I want to get a handle on is the cost. Let's just focus on two: people applying for Australian citizenship, currently totalling 150,000 people, from outstanding applications, and temporary residents covered by ministerial order. This includes humanitarian visas. Is that correct?
