National Health Amendment (Cheaper Medicines) Bill 2025

Senator HANSON (Queensland—Leader of Pauline Hanson's One Nation and Pauline Hanson's One Nation Whip) (12:31): In 2004 Australia signed a free trade agreement with America, and pharmaceuticals were part of it. Part of the agreement was that a medicines working group would be set up and the Americans would be part of that board, which would indicate what drugs would be available on the PBS.

Were you aware of that, Minister, and, tell me, is that medicines working group still active? I haven't been told any different.
