Senator THORPE (Victoria—Independent VIC Whip) (17:08): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Indigenous Australians, by 5 pm on 12 September 2025, all reports on bail and remand in the possession of the minister and their department from the last 2 years including but not limited to: (a) the bail and remand report provided by the Justice Policy Partnership to the Standing Council of Attorneys-General in July 2024; and (b) the bail and remand report provided by the Bail and Remand Reform Working Group to the Standing Council of Attorneys-General in August 2025.
