QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory—Independent ACT Whip) (14:38): My question is to the Minister representing the Attorney-General, Senator Farrell. Given that the FOI system is already under strain, how can increasing costs for Australians seeking access to government documents possibly enhance transparency?
