On the point of order: Senator McKim chose to debate the issue rather than raise a point of order. And, if we are not going to wrap ourselves in the national flag, I would ask that, when you're considering your ruling, Deputy President, consider the flag is not a prop. It sits in our chamber right now.

So, if it's ruled out of order when over a senator's shoulders, we will have to consider its stance in our chamber itself.
