Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for Finance, Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Women, Minister for Government Services and Manager of Government Business in the Senate) (11:15): I move: At the end of the motion, add ", and: (a) the provisions of the Freedom of Information Amendment Bill 2025 be referred immediately to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 20 November 2025; and (b) the provisions of the Administrative Review Tribunal and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2025 be referred immediately to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 13 November 2025".
