QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Ms SHARKIE (Mayo) (14:20): My question is to the Minister for Defence. In September 2024, I asked if the Woodside Barracks would remain operational and if the government would rule out selling the site for housing. The minister responded that the Defence estate audit received by the government in December 2023 was awaiting response.

After nearly two years, no response has been published, nor has the minister responded to my letter of 13 May this year. When will the minister reveal the future of Woodside Barracks? My community is very concerned about this.
