Senator WHISH-WILSON (Tasmania) (16:13): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than 10 am on Friday, 14 November 2025, any documents, including any correspondence, ministerial briefing notes, legal advice briefs and departmental assessments and/or reports from the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources relating to the Northern Endeavour floating production storage and offloading vessel and the Hazardous Waste Act, Article 11 of the Basel Convention and/or Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Approval Condition 10(b).
