On 12 September, Zach Smith directed a subordinate to secretly meet with Melbourne underworld figure Mick Gatto. Given he is facilitating contact between the CFMEU and organised crime figures, does the Prime Minister maintain confidence in Zach Smith's judgement, decision making and fitness to sit on Labor's peak governing body?
