Senator BRAGG (New South Wales) (14:52): That wasn't a very long answer. The Treasury admitted that the government requested the secret investigation at Housing Australia. It was commissioned by the former minister for housing at the end of 2023. Minister, why did the government think that governance was so bad at Housing Australia that it needed an independent report?
