QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Senator WONG (South Australia—Minister for Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Government in the Senate) (14:15): I disagree with the content of a great deal of that question, and I would make the point that there has been a lot of action taken, including by the administrator, in relation to conduct with and the culture within the CFMEU. There has also been engagement from Minister Rishworth, and, as I said, we have seen Operation Rye, where I understand the AFP commissioner has made clear that work is being undertaken in that context by the appropriate enforcement authorities.

These actions are being taken. We know there is a lot of work that needs to be done, but we are determined to ensure that there is the needed reform of this industrial entity. The PRESIDENT: Senator Hume, second supplementary?
