Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (Triple Zero Custodian and Emergency Calling Powers) Bill 2025

Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (12:52): I move the amendment on sheet 3445: (1) Schedule 1, item 7, page 16 (after line 24), at the end of section 151Q, add: (3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within the earlier of: (a) 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister receives the report; or (b) 30 days after the Minister receives the report.
