Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (16:16): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 148, agreed to on 3 September 2025, relating to the allocation of funds under the Rewiring the Nation program; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to comply with the order by no later than 5 pm on Friday, 31 October 2025.
