Senator Payman has submitted a proposal, under standing order 75, today, and it's shown on item 13 on today's Order of Business: The need for the definition of cyber-abuse material targeted at an Australian adult under the Online Safety Act 2021 to be amended to lower the threshold for behaviour to be considered adult cyber abuse, in line with recommendation 18 of the statutory review of that Act.
