QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Mr TED O'BRIEN (Fairfax—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:24): My question goes to the Treasurer. Yesterday the Governor of the Reserve Bank said a 0.9 per cent increase in core inflation would be 'a material miss'. Today it came in even higher. Given the Treasurer always takes credit for when inflation falls, will he now take responsibility for today's news of inflation increasing?
