Senator McKENZIE (Victoria—Leader of the Nationals in the Senate) (14:37): My question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, Senator McCarthy. Yet again, we've seen another 60 Minutes report that continues to expose the ongoing influence of the CFMEU on federally funded projects as part of Victoria's Big Build.

What steps is the minister taking to ensure hardworking taxpayers' money is not being used to line the pockets of union officials and purchase lavish gifts, such as the gold bracelets given to former CFMEU official John Perkovic, as seen in the recent 60 Minutes report by Nick McKenzie?
