Senator DUNIAM (Tasmania—Manager of Opposition Business in the Senate) (11:58): I move the amendment, as circulated by the opposition, relating to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Payday Superannuation) Bill 2025: Paragraph (b), omit "not be referred to a committee", substitute "be referred immediately to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 19 November 2025".
