Senator ROBERTS (Queensland) (12:05): I move an amendment to the motion for the adoption of the Senate Standing Committee for the Selection of Bills report, as circulated in the chamber: At the end of the motion, add ", but the provisions of the Fair Work Amendment (Baby Priya's) Bill 2025 be referred immediately to the Education and Employment Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 27 February 2026".
